I met Ike in Calif, when I was 13, and he was very nice, and shook my hand and smile. I have asked for his photography along time ago, but never got it. I asked him that I really love his wife, and how pretty she was. Tina Turner was my favorit singer, and I always catch her on the show sometime, but after that I has not seen her on the show in along time, I sure missed her. May God bless you and rest in Peace and I will missed you too.

Ike I wish you well on your journey home I just want you to know that your not alone loosing a love one is very sad especially if its all you had. Life is givin to all of us but only a special fine of us are able to elevate ourselves to enjoy life as it was intened to be. May his family get through this today, tomorrow with my respect, you have my deepest sorrow.
Thanks Ike, for all of the great music and memories you gave us through the years. I had the honor of meeting Ike in Chicago in 2001. He just played a phenomenal show with Pinetop Perkins and he talked to me for several minutes after the show. He was extremely nice and it was great to hear some great stories about music from Ike first hand. His contributions to modern music can never be denied and he is a true legend. Thanks again Ike. We will miss you.
