Ike was a great man I really didn't now much about him other than hearing my parents speak about him and I can say that my Dad was a die hard fan of Mr. Ike Turner and he sends his prayers to the family stay strong and know that God puts nothing on us that we can bear.

I´m brazilian blues fan and music enthusiast. I´ve suffered a lot the notice of Ike´s passed away. So, i´m here to desire my best wishes to Ike´s family, and say them the most important is the work, all the work Ike´s gave to all his fans around world. I hv a blog in Portuguese language, where i post frquently texts about blues and blues artists. Today i´ve posted a text where i write something referred to Ike´s music!!!

To The Turner Family: Please know that you are very much in my thoughts and prayers at this time of sorrow. The world has loss someone who was very special to all of us. As with many others, I will always remember Ike and feel very fortunate to have known him.
