I have already sent my message, but I feel so sad about Ike's passing that I want to write again. Ike, we appreciate your musical legacy and thank you for every moment of joy you have given us, may you rest in peace my friend. You made us feel proud of our roots. My sympathy and respect to your family. I believe we will all meet up some day, without the troubles of this world.

Ike Truner certainly had his demons...but his rebellious attitude - and his take-no-prisoners - take it on my own terms - music style - always defined the man as a real badass rock n ' roller...and a first rate musician....Ike made his music , his own way , never pandering to corporate B. S . Thanks , Ike , for alwas giving the fans your honesty...You were never a faker...Give them hell in heaven , Ike..Show them what fire you can rain down with those rockin' 88's !!!

God Bless you Turner Family.. From the songs your Dad wrote, produced and performed were awesome. Mr. Turner was a man of professionalism and believed in giving his best.

I wish to extend my sincere condolences to the Turner Family.
It is with great sadness to see the media focus on the wrong parts of this mans life and I believe he deserves respect as anyone else would expect it. It is not my place to judge.
I am grateful for the life of Mr. Turner. As without him alot of the music I Love so much wouldnt be around.
May God send his Blessings to the Turner Family and provide them with the comfort and privacy they deserve.
